Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord:
We are an NGO which is working with national and local governments to train English teachers all around China, especially in underprivileged areas such as the mid-west of China. We have been in this field for over fifteen years and have trained over forty thousand English teachers. We are now looking for a COO (Chief Operations Officer).
Please join us if you:
1. Love the Lord and want to serve Him in your work as part of a highly dedicated team.
2. Have experience working with NGOs in China and experience / knowledge in K-12 education. (English teaching experience is a plus.)
3. Have leadership experience and are capable of exploring new development opportunities
4. Have great oral and written English, good office skills, especially reports, proposals, and contracts.
5. Are very diligent, patient, and careful in detailed things and have great people and management skills — scheduling, logistics, workflow, and assignments.
6. Are available to travel all around China, typically once or twice a month for 1 to 2 weeks at a time.
